Any interaction with volunteers or advisors is strictly informational and meant to help users understand what type of professional or service they may need to seek independently.
2. No Professional Relationship
Using Aastha does not create:
- Doctor-patient relationships
- Lawyer-client relationships
- Financial advisor-client relationships
All decisions regarding healthcare, legal matters, or finances must be made with licensed professionals outside the Aastha platform.
3. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for:
- Decisions made based on information received
- Selecting and contacting external service providers
- Verifying qualifications of professionals they choose to consult
Aastha is not responsible for outcomes related to services provided by third parties, even if those providers were discovered through Aastha.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aastha and its team, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

- Personal injury or health outcomes
- Financial loss or legal consequences

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
5. Volunteer Disclaimer
Volunteers associated with Aastha:
- Do not provide professional services through the platform
- Share only general information and experience-based guidance
- Are not acting as representatives of any medical, legal, or financial institution
Aastha does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability of volunteer guidance.
6. Membership and Access
Aastha may offer free membership to seniors and families. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject registrations
- Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or harmful behavior
- Modify or discontinue services at any time
Membership does not guarantee access to any specific service or volunteer.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misuse volunteer support
- Harass or threaten any member, volunteer, or staff
- Attempt to use the platform for commercial solicitation
Violation of these rules may result in account termination without notice.
8. Data Use and Privacy
Personal and health-related information is collected only to better support senior members and improve service matching.
